House guests have use of all HHOG B&B amenities.
As an accommodation to our guests, transportation is provided to the local
beaches including Coopers Beach from the B&B. While this service is free,
arrangements are required to be made in advance.
Parking varies at the beaches and many require a Resident Permit.
Coopers Beach is a beautiful public beach with life guards, bathrooms,
showers and a pavilion that sells food and rents umbrellas.
Parking at Coopers Beach runs about $40 a day per carload.

POLICIES:

• For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is allowed on premises.
• New York State hotel tax 12%
• We cannot accommodate children or pets.
• No reservation is guaranteed unless secured by a credit card with  a 75% deposit.
• We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover upon reservation.
• Cash upon arrival for balance with prior agreement only.
• Check in is 4pm; after 6 please call to make arrangements.
• Check out is 12 noon.
• Office / Reservation Hours- 9:00am – 8:00pm
• 10% discount for stays of 7 or more nights.
• New York State hotel tax 12%, Service Fee 3%

PLEASE NOTE:

We are a small establishment. Cancellations affect us greatly, therefore there are no refund, however you can reschedule your visit within 90 days from the date of cancellation, availability permitting. Holidays not included. Notice of cancellation must be received by HBHOGB&B management not later than 2 weeks before reservation and must be done during office hours as listed above by email correspondence and telephone.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

Because we are a small, personalized establishment, we do not block or hold rooms without a 75% deposit to guarantee the rooms. Balance of rental must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival. Guests may not host parties on the property without advance written permission from management. Additional fees may be incurred.

Late check-ins, early checkouts and no shows are responsible for payment of the entire reservation. Any reservation for less than 2 nights must be paid in full in advance.

Rates are for double occupancy and include breakfast.
Please confirm your arrival 24 hours in advance so that we may
personally welcome you.
